    Role Purpose

    The role provides essential coordination and logistical support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of teaching operations, helping create an organized environment that supports both staff and students.

    Main Accountabilities:

    You’ll support the smooth running of teaching operations by handling registrations, re-registrations, and customer care processes in line with corporate standards. From maintaining accurate records and preparing reports to providing logistical support for internal and external activities, you’ll help ensure everything runs efficiently and to the highest quality.

    As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you’ll provide clear and helpful responses, escalating complex issues when needed. You’ll work closely with colleagues to coordinate events and services, proactively addressing any challenges that could impact teaching delivery or customer experience. Your ability to build strong connections across teams will be key to resolving issues quickly and effectively.

    In this role, you’ll also uphold compliance and risk management standards, ensuring child protection, security, and financial protocols are followed at all times. You’ll monitor resources, plan and prioritise your own workload, and coordinate tasks with others to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
